ABSTRACT
The research entitled "The Analysis of Arabic Borrowing Word Used in English" is intended to reveal the Arabic borrowing word, the form of Arabic borrowing word in the sentence, the meaning of Arabic borrowing word and the portion of each form of Arabic borrowing word.
This research belongs to a descriptive qualitative research since the data are presented qualitatively and they are processed descriptively through word rather than numbers. The objective of the research is Arabic borrowing word used in English. The researcher takes the data from English text that talking about Islam religion. In collecting the data, the researcher takes documentation and noting technique. The researcher reads the sources, identifies the Arabic borrowing word, classifying the Arabic borrowing word, identifying the form of borrowing word, determining the meaning of the data founded, and determining the portion of Arabic borrowing word.
Arabic word mostly occurs in English text when some writer can not use the appropriate word in English. This research shows that the form off Arabic borrowing word occurs in English are noun and adjective. The noun is the greatest occurring in the English text. And the meanings of Arabic borrowing word are denotative and lexical meaning. On other hand, the meaning is talking about pure Islam.
